How can employers authenticate a candidate's certificate?
Employers and background verification partners can simply navigate to
https://codeterna.com/internship/verify?id=[CERTIFICATE_ID] or scan the QR code printed on the physical or digital document. If valid, the portal displays matching verification status with direct download links to the official files.
What is the difference between the PNG and PDF download?
The PNG file is an uncompressed high-resolution graphic ideal for uploading to LinkedIn profiles, GitHub, and digital portfolios. The PDF format is an official, print-ready document formatted specifically for submission to corporate HR teams and academic accreditation boards.
My certificate ID was not found. What should I do?
Please confirm you have entered all characters without spaces. If your certificate was issued within the last 48 hours, document archiving may still be completing. You may also contact our internship office directly at enquiry@codeterna.com with your full name and batch details.
Can colleges and universities verify certificates directly?
Yes. Academic accreditation committees and university placement cells can verify candidate completion records in real time using this registry. For formal verification letters on company letterhead, academic coordinators can reach our office directly at enquiry@codeterna.com.
